I trained as a chartered accountant and psychotherapist. These disciplines enable me to work at a deep level while placing interpersonal and team behaviours in a business context. I understand the challenges facing top executives, and I can help them ensure that behavioural changes are clear,integrated and sustainable.

The work involves:
- making an accurate and full diagnosis of the present functioning of the team
- eliciting from you(and where necessary, team members) a clear picture of the desired state of team operation
- suggesting and helping implement, when appropriate, strategies to take the team rapidly to optimal performance.
It is in the critical diagnosis phase that I bring a unique approach, informed by the depth of my professional training and experience. I will help you make visible the underlying forces which are shaping your team. Unacknowledged issues, strains and influences will become clear. With this diagnosis you will have a firm foundation for any decisions and changes that may need to be made.
My approach further allows you to prototype changes in team roles and ways of working in advance to find the most cost effective way forward. My clients find this a safe way of working which surfaces deeper issues and helps resolve them constructively.

Individuals
I have devised a unique fast-track individual workshop for senior executives who wish to effect a quantum change in their performance in the shortest possible time. This can be supplemented by ongoing leadership coaching if appropriate.
