||Avy Erasmus is a chartered accountant and business analyst who also trained as a psychotherapist. She has worked extensively as an organisational development consultant for over 20 years. Her work has included establishing leadership development programmes in Canada and New Zealand, cross-cultural team-building in Europe and helping Boards deal with the people issues of mergers and acquisitions in both the UK and US.
||Bruce McAlpine began his business life in the family construction firm. He subsequently established and ran a successful antiquities business and served as chairman of the Antiquities Trade Federation for 6 years.In this position he conducted high level negotiations with the EEC,UNESCO and various governments. He also trained as a psychotherapist and has for the last 12 years concentrated on executive coaching and team-building.
||Moira Siddons’ first career was as a tax specialist and business adviser. She is an expert on corporate governance and its effect on the roles of executive and non-executive directors. Moira is herself a non-executive director of MGM Assurance. She has also trained extensively in leadership coaching and team dynamics and has for the past 15 years concentrated on boardroom consulting to blue chip organizations.
||Lorraine Jury started her professional life as a German linguist. She later trained as a psychotherapist. She has worked for many years in private practice with individuals, couples and organizations,including local government.Some 8 years ago Lorraine began to coach executives on business and leadership issues and this is now the major part of her portfolio. She is also an expert on group dynamics and a skilled facilitator.
||Jon Chapman has extensive business experience which includes industrial market research, management consultancy and being CEO of a technology manufacturing firm. He works as an executive coach and leadership development consultant and is a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management. Jon is expert at helping executives in their personal and professional growth.

She is both a chartered accountant and pyschotherapist and combines business expertise with facilitation and coaching skills. ||Richard Wade, a chartered accountant, was for over 20 years a business adviser to corporate clients. His areas of expertise include strategy,re-structuring and financing. He became increasingly interested in the human dynamics which would interfere with change implementation and trained as a psychotherapist 7 years ago.
